Terms of use of SIA Veselības Centrs 4 subscriptions (S) and gift cards (GC)
- S and GC is an advance payment for receiving the service within a certain period.
- The nominal value of S and GC is non-refundable either in whole or in part.
- The value of S and GC (in whole or in part) can be used:
- to receive another service if, due to medical reasons, it is not possible to continue the started service and it is confirmed by a written doctor's opinion;
- in any other branch of SIA Veselības Centrs 4;
- by passing it on to another person;
- after the expiration date by submitting a written application to the branch administration;
- by notifying the branch receptionist about changes in receiving the service 24 hours before the scheduled visit.
