The operating block of the Dermatology Clinic is spread over two floors. Its three operating theatres are equipped according to the highest quality, safety, environmental accessibility and hygiene standards.

The clinic's specialist and procedure rooms, spacious operating theatre and day hospital ensure a comfortable consultation, manipulation, recovery and re-examination process. Thanks to the high capacity of the premises, greater availability of operations is ensured, allowing the client to carry out the necessary manipulations more quickly and conveniently within the same medical complex.

Dermatology clinic performs:

body plastic surgery (abdominoplasty, liposculpture or liposuction, breast augmentation, reduction, lifting, etc.);
facial plastic surgery (eyelid surgery, ear surgery, nose surgery, facelift);
microsurgery of the hand;
in collaboration with other clinics of "Veselības centrs 4":

phlebological operations and manipulations;
proctological operations and manipulations;
gastroenterological manipulations.

In the consultation before the surgery, the client is given information about:

the surgery, its limitations and possible complications;
the type of anaesthesia;
recommendations and regimes before surgery and during the recovery period.

Practical advice on the day of and after surgery:

follow the instructions given by your doctor in your pre-operative consultations carefully - have the necessary tests and examinations, and follow the prescribed pre-operative regimen;
arrive on time for surgery or manipulation (20 minutes before the start time, or sooner if instructed by your doctor);
it is not advisable to drive independently after surgery if you have had anaesthesia or have taken medication that may affect your driving);
inform the staff if you feel any discomfort (pain, nausea, dizziness, etc.) after the surgery;
in the post-operative period:

follow your doctor's instructions;
come in for a follow-up consultation;
follow a gentle regime - avoid increased physical and mental stress;
in case of complications, inform a specialist immediately.

Day hospital for comfort after surgery

After the surgery, Dermatology Clinic clients can recover in the clinic's day hospital. The hospital stay is up to 24 h, during which medical care, maximum comfort and peace of mind are provided. The length of stay depends on the extent of the surgery - from a few hours for simple phlebological operations to overnight for major body plastic surgery.

The clinic offers comfortable 1- and 2-bed wards with TV, internet access, shower and toilet. The wards have call buttons for medical staff. The day hospital kit includes bed linen, towels, a dressing gown and slippers. Meals are included in the fee and are provided by individual arrangement or by the client ordering their own meals.

What should I take with me to the day hospital?

comfortable clothing;
personal hygiene products (including shower gel, shampoo);
a book, magazine or other time-waster.
